How does the ultrasonic vibration plate works?

The application principle of ultrasonic vibration plate is that the high-frequency vibration signal emitted by the ultrasonic generator is converted into high-frequency mechanical vibration through the converter and propagated into the medium. The flow of liquid creates tens of thousands of small air bubbles. Small air bubbles (cavitation nuclei) in the liquid vibrate under the action of the sound field. When the sound pressure reaches a certain value, the bubble grows rapidly and then closes quickly, making the bubble close. When the shock wave is generated, thousands of atmospheres of pressure are created around it, destroying the insoluble dirt and dispersing it in the cleaning fluid. When the group of particles is wrapped by oil and attached to the surface of the cleaning part, the oil is emulsified and the solid particles are separated, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the surface of the cleaning part.
