The explosive force of air bubbles is used to impact the circuit board particles. When cleaning the circuit board, pay attention to the correct selection of the ultrasonic power. Do not adjust the ultrasonic power too large during the cleaning process. Its power is generally proportional to the volume of the container and the amount of circuit board cleaning. The amount of circuit boards to be cleaned is generally only suitable for large-volume circuit boards. Solvents used to clean circuit boards can generally be used. When cleaning circuit boards, be careful not to pile up in a mess. Orderly build them in the tank. Stacking affects cleaning results. Use solvents as organic solvents, special cleaning agents for circuit boards, or environmentally friendly electronic ultrasonic cleaning agents. It is not advisable to use absolute ethanol (anhydrous alcohol), otherwise the circuit board will become white, commonly known as white spots.
